4 cups fresh spinach leaves
1 cup roasted red peppers
1 cup marinated mushrooms
1 cup chopped cucumber
Low fat bottled salad dressing (balsamic vinaigrette)
Sesame breadsticks (optional)
1 Heat chicken according to package instructions, then slice.
2 Top fresh spinach leaves with heated, sliced chicken, roasted red peppers, marinated mushrooms and chopped cucumber.
