||In a medium nonstick skillet, brown drumsticks; about 2 minutes before removing from pan, sprinkle salt and curry powder over drumsticks.
||Meanwhile, spray a 2-quart round or oval casserole dish with no-stick spray. Add rice and pepper; blend well. Pour in chicken broth.
||When drumsticks are browned, lay them in a single layer across rice mixture. Cover and bake 35 minutes, or until rice is cooked and chicken reaches an internal temperature of 180°F.
