Ingredients
1 pkg. PERDUE® FIT & EASY® Boneless, Skinless Turkey Breast Filets
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
1 Cut fillets in half.
2 Coat fillets with flour, shaking off excess; spread with mustard. Coat with bread crumbs.
3 In large skillet over medium heat, heat oil.
4 Add turkey and cook 2-3 minutes per side or until browned and fully cooked (thermometer inserted in fillet registers 170°F.)
