Heat chicken strips according to package directions.
TIP: To grill asparagus or green beans, brush grill surface with oil olive and grill until tender (2-3 minutes). Chill and use as directed above.
In a bowl combine mayonnaise, marmalade, mustard, soy sauce and red pepper flakes, if desired; mix well.
For each serving, place three to four asparagus spears on each plate. Top with 2 whole grain chicken strips and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of orange-mustard dipping sauce.
