1 cupshredded coconut
peanut sauce, duck sauce, or sweet and sour sauce for serving
Place frozen chicken nuggets in a single layer on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Lightly spray the nuggets with cooking spray.
Sprinkle nuggets with shredded coconut, pressing coconut onto the nuggets.
Bake at 400°F. for 10 to 12 minutes, until coconut is golden brown and nuggets are heated through. Let stand 2-3 minutes
Serve with Peanut Sauce, Duck Sauce or Sweet and Sour Sauce for dipping
