1 cupshredded coconut
peanut sauce, duck sauce, or sweet and sour sauce for serving
Place frozen chicken nuggets in a single layer on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Lightly spray the nuggets with cooking spray.
Sprinkle nuggets with shredded coconut, pressing coconut onto the nuggets.
Bake at 400 degrees F. for 10 to 12 minutes, until coconut is golden brown and nuggets are heated through. Let stand 2-3 minutes
Serve with Peanut Sauce, Duck Sauce or Sweet and Sour Sauce for dipping
