1 pkg. PERDUE® Chicken Drumsticks
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1 cup sweetened flaked coconut, toasted
1 Preheat grill or broiler.

TIP: Do not baste during last 5 minutes of grilling.

2 In medium bowl, combine lime juice, honey, hot pepper sauce, oil, thyme, salt and allspice until blended.
3 Grill or broil chicken, turning occasionally and basting with lime mixture, 20 minutes or until thermometer inserted in thickest part of drumstick registers 180°F.*
4 When chicken is done, immediately roll and press in toasted coconut until evenly coated.
