1 pkg. PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Carved Chicken Breast, Rotisserie Seasoned (9 oz.) or PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Carved Chicken Breast, Original Roasted (9 oz.)
1 pkg. (16 ounces) mixed salad greens (about 11 cups)
2 large tomatoes, chopped
6 slices fully cooked bacon, chopped
3/4 cup bleu cheese, crumbled
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
8 ounces Ranch dressing, or your favorite salad dressing
1 Evenly divide salad greens among individual plates.
2 Evenly divide and arrange chicken, tomatoes, bacon, bleu cheese, avocado, and egg in rows over top of salad greens.  Sprinkle top of salads with green onions.
3 Serve with Ranch dressing, or your favorite salad dressing.
