Ingredients

1 pkg. (16 oz.) mixed salad greens (about 11 cups)

2 large tomatoes, chopped

6 slices fully cooked bacon, chopped

3/4 cup bleu cheese, crumbled

1 avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped

3 hard cooked eggs, chopped

2 green onions, chopped

8 oz. Ranch dressing, or your favorite salad dressing

Step

Evenly divide salad greens among individual plates.

Step

Evenly divide and arrange chicken, tomatoes, bacon, bleu cheese, avocado, and egg in rows over top of salad greens. Sprinkle top of salads with green onions.

Serve with Ranch dressing, or your favorite salad dressing.
