Ingredients
2 pkg. PERDUE® HARVESTLAND® Fresh Chicken Drumsticks, Family Pack
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons canned chipotle chilis in adobo sauce, minced
2 tablespoons tequila
Instructions
1 Place drumsticks in a shallow dish. Combine ketchup, chipotle chilis and tequila in a small bowl. Reserve 1/4 cup sauce and pour remaining over drumsticks. Stir to evenly coat chicken. Let stand 30 minutes.
2 Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat with cooking spray. Place drumsticks on prepared pan and bake 20 minutes. Brush with remaining sauce and bake 10-15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (180°F) and glaze is set.
