1 1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup drained sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
Preheat grill or broiler.
TIP: Do not baste during the last 5 minutes of grilling.
Mediterranean Butter: Combine butter, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, oregano and pepper.
Grill or broil chicken, turning occasionally and basting with Mediterranean butter, 30 minutes or until thermometer inserted in center registers 170°F.
