1 pkg.(12 oz.) angel hair pasta
1/4 cupolive oil
2 cloveslarge garlic
1 jar(7 oz.) roasted red peppers, chopped
2 tablespoonschopped parsley
1/4 teaspooncrushed red pepper, optional
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
Meanwhile, in medium saucepan over medium heat, heat oil. Add garlic; cook 2 minutes or until garlic is golden, stirring frequently. Stir in roasted red peppers, chicken, parsley and crushed red pepper. Cook 2 minutes or until chicken is hot, stirring frequently.
Serve over pasta.
