Grilled Chicken Apple Sausage with Mustard Apple Slaw

1 package PERDUE® NAE Apple Chicken Sausage
1 can refrigerated jumbo flaky biscuits, 8 count
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 stick butter, softened
2 tbsp. honey, plus more for drizzling
Place the biscuits on a baking sheet. Spray the tops of the biscuits with cooking spray and dust with dried oregano. Bake according to package directions.
Slice the sausages in half lengthwise and then again crosswise, making four pieces. Sauté the sausages until brown, about 4 to 5 minutes.
Allow the butter to soften to room temperature. Whisk the butter and honey together until well mixed and smooth.
Split the biscuits in half and spread with honey butter. Place two pieces of sausage on the biscuit. Drizzle with more honey and serve warm.
