1 pkg. PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Carved Chicken Breast, Honey Roasted (9 oz.) or PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Carved Chicken Breast, Rotisserie Seasoned (9 oz.)
2 bagels (any flavor), each cut in half and toasted, if desired
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
4 thin slices red onion
4 slices cheddar cheese
1 Preheat broiler. Place bagel halves on baking sheet.
2 Evenly spread bagel halves with mustard, then top each with sliced tomato, onion, chicken and cheese.
3 Broil until cheese is melted.
