1/2 cuplight mayonnaise

1 tablespoonlow sodium soy sauce

2 teaspoonswasabi paste

1 tablespoonminced fresh ginger

1 teaspoonlemon juice or rice wine vinegar

2 tablespoonsminced cilantro

1 teaspoonhoney, optional


Step 1

In a bowl mix mayonnaise, soy sauce and wasabi paste until blended. Stir in ginger, lemon juice and cilantro; add honey if desired. Refrigerate 15 minutes before serving.

Step 2

Reheat chicken tenders according to package instructions, if desired.

Step 3

Serve 2 chicken tenders with the soy-ginger dipping sauce.
