Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash work surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly.
Cooking & Prep
SKILLET: Spray pan with cooking spray. Heat pan on medium-high. Add chicken breasts and cook for 3 minutes covered. Turn, then cook for another 4 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 170ºF.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place breasts on foil-lined baking sheet and cook 19 minutes or to 170ºF internal temperature.
GRILL: Spray grill with cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill breasts 5 minutes per side to 170ºF internal temperature.
FROM FROZEN: Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place frozen breasts on foil-lined baking sheet and cook 28 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 170ºF.
