Cooking & Prep
SKILLET
Heat 1 teaspoon vegetable oil per breast in large skillet on MEDIUM-HIGH heat. Add frozen breasts, reduce heat to MEDIUM, cover and cook 14 minutes. Turn chicken, cover partially with lid, and add cooking sauce if desired. Cook for 20 minutes more, until a meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part reads 170°F.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place frozen breasts in a lightly oiled pan. Bake 25 minutes, turn and add cooking sauce if desired. Bake 40 minutes more until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part reads 170°F.
GRILL
Brush grill rack with vegetable oil. Prepare grill so heat is MEDIUM-HOT. Place frozen breasts on rack directly over fire; over and cook for 20 minutes. Turn chicken and cover again. Cook for 20 minutes more, until a meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part reads 170°F.
