• Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in cold water.
• Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash work surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry.
Cooking & Prep
• Thaw in sealed package under cold water for 30 minutes or until thawed.
• Preheat skillet on medium/high heat. Once hot, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the pan. Add the chicken and spread in the pan into a single layer. Cook for 5 to 8 minutes while stirring throughout the cooking process to cook evenly. Remove the chicken from the pan once an internal temperature of 165F is reached.
