Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash work surfaces (including cutting boards) utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly.
Grill: Place Patties on hot center of lightly oiled grill. Brown Patties 2 minutes on each side. Move to cooler edge of grill; cook 3-4 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 170°F.
Skillet: Preheat lightly oiled, non-stick skillet to medium-high. Add Patties; brown 1 minute per side. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook 3-4 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 170°F.
