Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash work surfaces (including cutting boards) utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Cooking & Prep
•SKILLET: Lightly coat skilled with cooking spray on medium heat. Add turkey patties. Cook 14 minutes, turning 4-5 times, until meat thermometer inserted in center of patties reaches 170F.
•OUTDOOR GRILL: Preheat grill on medium heat. Lightly coat both sides of turkey patties with cooking spray. Place on grill about 4 inches from heat. Cover grill. Grill 7 minutes per side until meat thermometer inserted in center of patties reaches 170F.
