Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash work surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly.
GRILL: Form burgers and place on hot center of lightly oiled grill. Brown burgers, 1-2 minutes on each side. Move to cooler edge of grill; cook 3-4 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 170ºF.
SKILLET: Preheat lightly oiled, non-stick skillet to medium-high. Stirring occasionally, cook for 3-4 minutes until no longer pink. Ground chicken breast should reach an internal temperature of 170ºF.
