SKILLET: Preheat lightly oiled pan to medium-high. Brown chicken 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 minutes per side until internal temp reaches 170ºF.
GRILL OR BROIL: Season to taste. Grill or broil 3-5 inches from heat source 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 minutes per side until internal temp reaches 170ºF.
