Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash work surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly.
Cooking & Prep
SKILLET: Preheat lightly oiled pan to medium-high. Brown chicken 1 minute per side. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook, covered, turning occasionally, 4-7 minutes until internal temperature reaches 170ºF.
GRILL OR BROIL: Lightly brush with oil and season. Grill or broil, 6-8 inches from heat source, 5-10 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 170ºF, turning once. If bars on grill are widely spaced, place tenderloins on lightly oiled aluminum foil over medium-hot coals; poke holes in foil. Grill as above.
