• Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave.
• Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash work surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry.
• Cook thoroughly.

• SKILLET: Preheat lightly oiled pan to medium-high. Brown chicken 1 minute per side. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook, covered, turning occasionally, 4-7 minutes until internal temperature reaches 170ºF.

• GRILL OR BROIL: Lightly brush with oil and season. Grill or broil, 6-8 inches from heat source, 5-10 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 170ºF, turning once. If bars on grill are widely spaced, place tenderloins on lightly oiled aluminum foil over medium-hot coals; poke holes in foil. Grill as above.
