Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash work surfaces (including cutting boards) utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly.
GRILL OR BROIL: Grill or broil 30-35 minutes, turning occasionally, to an internal temperature of 170°F.
SKILLET: Season to taste. In a large, lightly-oiled, non-stick skillet, over medium-high heat, saute turkey for 12-14 minutes, turning occasionally, to an internal temperature of 170°F.
BAKED: Brush with oil and place in shallow roasting pan. Cook in preheated 350°F oven, for 35 minutes, to an internal temperature of 170°F.
