Cooking & Prep
SKILLET: Preheat lightly oiled non-stick skillet to medium-high. Stirring occasionally, cook for 3-4 minutes until no longer pink. Ground Turkey Breast should reach an internal temperature of 165ºF.
GRILL: Spray or grease grill rack to prevent burgers from sticking. Preheat grill on HIGH. Place burgers on grill and lower heat to MEDIUM. Cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until meat thermometer inserted in burger registers 165ºF. Appliances vary; cooking times are appropriate.
