Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash work surfaces (including cutting boards) utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly.
SKILLET: Season to taste. In a large, lightly-oiled non-stick skillet, over medium-high heat, saute turkey 6 minutes on each side, to an internal temperature of 170°F.
BAKED: Season to taste. Place turkey on lightly-oiled foil-lined tray. Place in 375°F oven, bake 14-15 minutes to an internal temperature of 170°F.
GRILL OR BROIL: Grill or broil 6-7 minutes on each side to an internal temperature of 170°F.
