Cooking & Prep
SKILLET: Season to taste. In a large, lightly-oiled non-stick skillet, over medium-high heat, saute turkey 7-8 minutes on each side, to an internal temperature of 170°F.
BAKED: Brush with oil and place in shallow roasting pan. Cook in preheated 350°F oven, 15-20 minutes, to an internal temperature of 170°F.
GRILL OR BROIL: Grill or broil 9-10 minutes, turning occasionally, to an internal temperature of 170°F.
