Cook to an internal temperature of 170°F.
SKILLET: Preheat lightly oiled pan to medium-high. Place boneless skinless chicken thighs, seasoned to taste, in preheated skillet. Cook, turning occasionally, 12-14 minutes until cooked through and juices run clear.
GRILL OR BROIL: Season to taste. Grill or broil 6-8 inches from heat source turning occasionally, 25-35 minutes, until cooked through and juices run clear.
