Product Handling

Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash work surfaces (including cutting boards) utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly.

Cooking & Prep

Cook to an internal temperature of 170°F. SKILLET: Preheat lightly oiled pan to medium-high. Place boneless skinless chicken thighs, seasoned to taste, in preheated skillet. Cook, turning occasionally, 12-14 minutes until cooked through and juices run clear. GRILL OR BROIL: Season to taste. Grill or broil 6-8 inches from heat source turning occasionally, 25-35 minutes, until cooked through and juices run clear.
