Conventional/Toaster Oven (Preferred Methods)
Preheat Oven to 400°F. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Remove frozen fillet from pouch and place in single layer on baking sheet. Bake on middle oven rack for 15 minutes. Turn over fillet and bake for 10 to 12 more minutes or until fillet reaches 170°F internal temperature.
Cut a 1 inch slit in a plastic pouch to vent. Place fillet on microwave safe dish. Microwave on high for 2 to 2-1.2 minutes or until fillet reaches 170°F internal temperature. Tip-for crispier breading, remove encrusted fillet from pouch and place a clean paper towel on a microwave safe plate. Cover with another paper towel and microwave for 4 to 4-1/2 minutes on 50% power. Let stand for 30 seconds before serving.
