Some of that was me, and some of it was a stunt-double. While I was a hurdler in high school, the strength and agility it took to do some of those olympic-style moves was better left to professional stunt people. I did get to jump over a few cubicle walls, but as for the rest, it made my marketing department as well as my shoulder a bit too nervous. (Not to mention my wife Jan, who was on the set!)

I've never given my chickens or turkeys hormones or steroids. Ever. This includes in feed, processing or anything else. The use of hormones has been illegal in poultry production since 1952. In fact, since my grandfather started Perdue in 1920, Perdue has never used hormones or steroids. We often state this in our television commercials: "No added hormones or steroids."
