Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® FIT & EASY® Boneless, Skinless Turkey Breast Tenderloins Salt & pepper 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 3/4 cup maple syrup 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Season tenderloins with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add tenderloins and brown on all sides, about 6 minutes per side. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and continue to cook until meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the tenderloin reaches 180°F.
- Put tenderloins on platter, cover with foil.
- In small bowl, mix syrup, vinegar, lemon juice and mustard. Add to skillet and bring to boil. Reduce until slightly thickened (about 5 minutes).
- Return tenderloins to pan, coat with glaze and heat through. Put tenderloins on cutting board and cut into 1/2-inch thick slices. Serve with glaze and chopped parsley.
