Ingredients1 package PERDUE® Fresh Ground Turkey (alternate: PERDUE® Fresh Ground Chicken)
Instructions
Tarragon Mustard Sauce In top of double boiler set over hot water, blend 1 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine, and 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard. Remove from heat; add 1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar. Stir in 1/4 cup light sour cream and 1 teaspoon minced fresh tarragon or 1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves. Season with salt, ground black pepper and ground red pepper to taste.
