Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® Fresh Ground Turkey (alternate: PERDUE® Fresh Ground Chicken) 1 cup prepared salsa 1 can (7 ounces) corn, drained 2 boxes (15 ounces each) refrigerated pie crusts 3/4 cup (about 3 ounces) shredded Mexican blend cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Heat large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and cook turkey, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes or until cooked through; drain. Stir in salsa and corn.
- Unfold three pie crusts and cut each in half forming 6 semi-circles. Save remaining crust for another use. Spoon 2/3 cup turkey mixture on half of each piece. Top each with 2 tablespoons cheese.
- Lightly moisten the edge of crust with water. Fold crust over filling and using fork, press edges together to seal and form pocket. Place pockets on baking sheet.
- Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly on baking sheet.
