Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® Fresh Lean Ground Turkey (alternate: PERDUE® Fresh Ground Chicken) 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry (10 ounces) 1 egg, beaten 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon lemon juice 4 hamburger buns
Instructions
- If grilling, grease grill. Preheat grill or broiler.
- In medium bowl, combine turkey, spinach, egg, mustard and lemon juice until blended. Shape into 4 burgers.
- Grill or broil, turning occasionally, 10 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center registers 165°F.
- Serve burgers on buns.
