Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® Fresh Lean Ground Turkey (alternate: PERDUE® Fresh Ground Chicken) 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1/2 cup (about 2 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese, plus more, if desired 1/4 cup marinara sauce, plus more, if desired 2 personal size prepared pizza crusts
Instructions
- If grilling, grease grill. Preheat grill or broiler.
- In medium bowl, combine turkey, Italian seasoning, garlic, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup marinara sauce until blended. Shape into 4 burgers.
- Grill or broil, turning occasionally, 10 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center registers 165ºF.
- To serve, cut each crust into quarters. Place each burger on one quarter piece of crust and top, if desired, with additional warmed marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. Top each with another piece of crust.
