Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® FIT & EASY® Boneless, Skinless Turkey Breast Fillets 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon canola oil 2 teaspoons cracked black pepper Salt
Instructions
- Place fillets in shallow baking dish.
- In small bowl, combine Worcestershire, mustard and oil. Add fillets to marinade, turning to coat well. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or longer.
- Prepare lightly greased grill for cooking.
- Remove fillets from marinade; sprinkle with pepper and salt to taste.
- Grill uncovered, 5 to 6 inches over medium hot coals 3 to 5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
