Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® FIT & EASY® Fresh Ground Turkey Breast (alternate: PERDUE® Fresh Ground Chicken) 2 teaspoons vegetable oil 1/4 pound bacon, cut into small pieces 1 medium onion, chopped 1 can (28 ounce) pork and beans 1 can (14.5 ounce) butter beans 1 can (14.5 ounce) kidney beans 1 cup prepared honey-mustard barbecue sauce 1/4 cup brown sugar, lightly packed 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat oven 350°F.
- In large skillet, heat oil and brown turkey, bacon and onion over medium heat. Place mixture in large, greased casserole dish. Add beans, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, hot sauce and water. Stir to combine well.
- Bake for 1 hour in oven (or cook 3 hours on low in crock pot). Serve with baked potatoes if desired.
