Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® FIT & EASY® Boneless, Skinless Turkey Breasts 3 tablespoons olive oil 1/4 cup white wine 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon honey 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper 1 clove garlic, minced 4 small sweet potatoes, cut lengthwise in half (alternate: yams)
Instructions
- In shallow baking dish, combine oil, wine, Worcestershire sauce, honey, salt, rosemary, thyme, pepper and garlic.
- Mix well, reserve 2 tablespoons marinade. Add turkey breast to marinade, coating both sides. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
- Prepare covered grill.
- Remove turkey from marinade. In small saucepan, bring marinade to a boil; set aside.
- When coals are medium-hot, place turkey on grill. Cover and grill 25 to 30 minutes, brushing often with boiled marinade and turning several times.
- Meanwhile, brush cut sides of sweet potatoes with reserved 2 tablespoons marinade. Place sweet potatoes at edge of grill around turkey and cook 30 to 40 minutes, turning several times and brushing with marinade.
- To serve, slice turkey and accompany with sweet potatoes.
