Ingredients

1 package PERDUE® Fresh Lean Ground Turkey (alternate: PERDUE® Fresh Ground Chicken)
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely crushed saltine crackers (about 5 crackers)
2 teaspoons OLD BAY® Seasoning (or seafood seasoning)
8 mini rolls
Cocktail or tarter sauce (optional)

 

Instructions
  1. If grilling, grease grill. Preheat grill or broiler.
  2. In medium bowl, combine turkey, onion, crackers and OLD BAYŽ Seasoning until blended. Shape into 8 mini burgers.
  3. Grill or broil, turning occasionally, 10 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center registers 165°F.
  4. Serve burgers, if desired, with cocktail or tartar sauce on rolls.

These took no time at all. They were so good, I ate mine plain on the toasted bun, perfectly seasoned, very light and moist. We did think the cracker crumbs and the bun were a bit too much together so next time they will be open faced or bunless. I think they could be made into 6 patties instead of 4 as they were a little larger burgers than we usually like to eat. Will definitely make these again. Thanks!
