Ingredients
1 package PERDUE® FIT & EASY® Boneless, Skinless Turkey Breast Fillets 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 cup Dijon mustard 1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cut fillets in half.
- Coat fillets with flour, shaking off excess; spread with mustard. Coat with bread crumbs.
- In large skillet over medium heat, heat oil.
- Add turkey and cook 2-3 minutes per side or until browned and fully cooked (thermometer inserted in fillet registers 170°F.)

The turkey takes much longer than 2-3 minutes per side to cook over medium heat and the coating burned.
