Cajun Grilled Turkey Breast

This was great on a gas grill also. The turkey breast split into two pieces when I opened it so I skinned it and used the exact same spices when I cooked it. What I did was heated the grill up super hot,we have infrared but you can sear it with the first coat of the spices. Then put them in a pan over the low side for twenty or so minutes at about 350 or until the biggest parts center is 170. YUM !YUM! Dats Berry Good Cajun Cookin Der!

I have tried this receipt and it is great and really tastey. I did alter it slightly as we basted the breast as the receipt states and we made it on an out door rotissserie spit on my grill. Cooked it to an internal temperature of 170.
