1/2 cup prepared barbecue sauce
2 teaspoons hot sauce
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Dipping Sauce:
1/2 jar (10 ounces) marinated roasted red peppers, drained, diced
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 large, very ripe tomato, seeded and finely diced
2 tablespoons minced red onion
