1/4 mango, diced small
1/4 avocado, pitted and cut into small chunks
1/4 medium tomato, diced small
1/4 small red onion, diced fine
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoons fresh cilantro, washed and chopped
1/2 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
