Southwestern Chicken Lettuce Wraps

1 package
(cut into 1/2 inch pieces)
1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 avocado, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 cup frozen corn kernels, thawed
1 plum tomato, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1/2 cup coarsely chopped red onion
1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon finely chopped jalapeno chili, or to taste
12 iceberg lettuce leaves (see Tip)

For the Vinaigrette
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon or lime juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper, or to taste
