Greek Tomato and Feta Salad with Chicken and Lemon-Oregano Vinaigrette

1 package PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Carved Chicken Breast, Grilled Italian Style (9 oz.)
6 cups torn romaine lettuce leaves
1/2 cucumber, halved lengthwise and cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 cup grape tomatoes
1/2 cup coarsely chopped red onion
1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh basil leaves
1 (4 ounces) package coarsely crumbled feta cheese, divided
1/2 cup halved pitted kalamata olives, divided
Freshely ground pepper to taste

For the Vinaigrette
1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh oregano or 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
1/8 teaspoon salt, or to taste
