Ingredients

4 PERDUE® Refrigerated Whole Grain Breaded Chicken Breast Cutlets, Homestyle (12 oz.)
4 cups fresh spinach leaves
1 cup roasted red peppers
1 cup marinated mushrooms
1 cup chopped cucumber
Low fat bottled salad dressing (balsamic vinaigrette)
Sesame breadsticks (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat chicken according to package instructions, then slice.
  2. Top fresh spinach leaves with heated, sliced chicken, roasted red peppers, marinated mushrooms and chopped cucumber.
  3. Serve with dressing and breadsticks.
