Ingredients

1 package PERDUE® Refrigerated Whole Grain Breaded Lightning McQueen and Mater Chicken Nuggets (11.2 oz.)
4 10-inch whole wheat tortillas
3/4 cup prepared hummus
1 cup finely shredded iceberg lettuce
1/2 cup finely shredded carrots
1/2 cup diced cucumber
1/2 cup plain yogurt, optional

Instructions

  1. Heat chicken nuggets according to package instructions.
  2. Lay tortillas on a clean, flat work area and spread half of each tortilla with 3 tablespoons of hummus.
  3. On top of hummus, sprinkle 1/4 cup lettuce and 2 tablespoons each of carrots and cucumber.
  4. Place 3 chicken nuggets on top of vegetables and roll up wrap, starting on the side with the vegetables. Roll tightly to close up, folding ends to enclose.
  5. Serve each wrap cut in half with 2 tablespoons plain yogurt for dipping, if desired.
