PERDUE® Refrigerated Breaded Chicken Breast Cutlets (12 oz.)

Ingredients

1 package PERDUE® Refrigerated Breaded Chicken Breast Cutlets (12 oz.)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon finely chopped oil packed sun dried tomatoes, drained
1 teaspoon fresh chopped basil
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
6 mini-croissants (about 1 ounce each), sliced in half lengthwise
6 lettuce leaves
1/2 avocado, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat chicken according to package directions.  Mix together mayonnaise, sun dried tomatoes, basil and pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Spread insides of each croissant with tomato mayonnaise.  Place lettuce on croissant bottoms.  Top each with 1 chicken tenderloin and avocado slices.
  3. Place croissant tops over avocado.
