Wasabi Mayonnaise
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1 lime, juiced and zested
1 tbsp. wasabi paste
1 tbsp. granulated sugar
Pesto Dipping Sauce
1/3 cup non-fat Greek-style yogurt
2 tbsp. prepared pesto sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. hot red pepper sauce
Step 1
Wasabi Mayonnaise In a bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken. Mix well, cover and refrigerate at least 20 minutes before serving.
