3 ripe peaches, peeled and finely chopped
1/2 cup water
Medium shallot, minced
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon white wine Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon minced jalapeƱo


  1. For Peach BBQ sauce, put all ingredients except chicken in a large, non-stick saucepan. Simmer over medium heat until mixture is slightly thickened, stirring frequently. When thickened, pour into food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Heat grill to high and prepare to cook over indirect heat.
  3. Put chicken breasts on grill over indirect heat, and brush generously with peach BBQ sauce.
  4. Grill about an hour or until a thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the breast reaches 170°F.

little tangy, but not bad. little longer than i would like for a dish like this but I would make it again.

This recipie was sweet and tasty. I was only looking for a guide for how long to grill split chicken breasts and came across this. I gave it a shot and we loved it. It replaces bbq chicken now.
